Served with RTFV/35 Sqn in Vietnam from 17 July 1964 - March 1970.

On 12 March 1965 a sniper destroyed port engine with one shot. The aircraft continued takeoff on one engine and was recovered to Da Nang.

A4-193 was sent to Air Vietnam 10 November 1965 for servicing.

Again A4-193 was sent to Air Vietnam for servicing on the 02 August 1967.
- Destroyed on the 29 March 1970 at That Son Vietnam, by a mortar attack with engines running on the ground. Crew of A4-193 was FLGOFF Bert Milne (Pilot), PLTOFF Mike Calvert (Co-Pilot), CPL Church, LAC Liang. Crew of the rescue vehicle was Alan Runfeldt (driver).
